1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Baytk AI FZ-LLC collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and product. We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), business data (your brokerage, communities, listings, leads), usage data (logs, device info) and any data you choose to submit through integrations or uploads.
3. How we use data
To provide and operate the service, including AI features that generate listings, qualify leads, and produce documents. We do not use your customer data to train Baytk AI's underlying models.
4. Data residency
Customer data is processed and stored in UAE-region infrastructure. Backups remain within the GCC. Limited cross-border transfers (e.g., support requests) are governed by appropriate safeguards.
5. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors only as necessary (hosting, observability, payment). A current sub-processor list is available on request. We never sell personal data.
6. Your rights under PDPL
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
7. Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and an incident-response plan with breach notification within the timeframe required by PDPL.
8. Retention
We keep customer data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days for export. Backups follow a 35-day rolling window.
9. Children
Baytk AI is a B2B service not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Updates
Material changes are communicated by email and posted here at least 30 days before they take effect.
