Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 1 April 2026 · Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets the rules for how the Baytk AI service may be used. It applies to all customers, users, demo visitors and integrations.
2. Permitted use
Baytk AI is licensed for use by UAE-licensed real estate brokerages and their teams in the conduct of legitimate property sales, leasing, marketing and related operations.
3. Prohibited content
No misleading listings; no falsified RERA/DLD/Ejari references; no listings for properties you are not authorised to market; no harassment, hate speech, fraud, or illegal solicitation; no content infringing copyright, trademarks or third-party rights.
4. Compliance
You must respect Dubai Land Department, RERA and Trakheesi requirements for all listings and communications generated via the service. Baytk AI provides templates and reminders but final compliance is the customer's responsibility.
5. Security
No attempting to bypass authentication, scrape, reverse engineer the service, perform security testing without authorisation, or upload malware.
6. Communications
Outbound messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and email must comply with the UAE TDRA Spam Regulatory Policy and platform-specific terms. Honour opt-out and Do-Not-Contact requests.
7. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with notice where reasonable. Repeat or severe violations may be reported to relevant UAE authorities.
